More than just fish

Originally designed simply to preserve fish sushi has not only become the national dish of Japan but by now conquered the whole culinary world.

The popularity of this delicious rice finger food has also reached Germany. It attracts more and more fans by its healthiness (10 reasons why) as well as by its diversity of dishes which include much more than just raw fish. There is also a number of vegetarian sushi and nigiri made with various kinds of fresh meat.

A special attraction of the Zenbar is the Kaiten, the conveyor belt also known as "running sushi". As the freshly prepared bits pass you on a belt you can compose your own menu just as you like it. The plates are colour coded by price. Thus, your meal becomes a luscious treat!
